  1. Because I was thinking of using them with a little avacado butter I made at flqx for a snack. I love how simple these are to make and how delicious they are. I did have trouble getting the dough to roll out even and the crackers in the middle were noticeably thicker than those on the edges. Bake for 10 minutes, remove and flip.
