Highly Recommended. You can get more books from Book Depository I thought I had read it all when it comes to post-apocalyptic and dystopian novels, but books like A Boy and his Dog at the End of the World prove there are still amazing stories to be told in this genre. I can respect a man who knows his own mind and writes stories that are shocking and repulsive and funny at the same time This definitely falls into that category.

I think that I had a bit of difficulty with Griz's voice at the start of the book but eventually warmed up to it. And I would do anything for family! 1. And he definitely succeeds. When a beloved family dog is stolen, coura. Original Title. Original Title.😙

  2. The young Griz doesn't remember what life was like before The Gelding, so the world outside of his home island is a foreign one. Hot Water's cinematic prose, and black humor that would certainly warm the cockles of Vonnegut or Burgess' hearts, and Griz spends a lot of time describing what he sees. A Boy and His Dog is told from Griz's point of view as he records his story from an unknown amd in the future. Just because he finds one that just likes sex and talks about love doesn't excuse his past behavior or anyone else's.
